Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx (or equivalent international carriers) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your books.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist where possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
